(BLS) Basic Life Support (BLS) Course for Healthcare Providers

This course aims to provide BLS knowledge and skills of CPR for victims of all ages (including ventilation with a barrier device, a bag-mask device, and oxygen), use of automated external defibrillator (AED), and relief of foreign-body airway obstruction (FBAO).

| Fee: | $720(member) $770(non- member) (BLS Manual 2025 is included in the course link, which will be sent by AHKNS. If your registration is accepted, you will normally receive the course link by email at least 2 working days after the registration, excluding the date of registration. Upon completion of the online portion and receipt of your certificate, you need to submit the certificate to AHKNS via email (academic@nurse.org.hk) at least two weeks before attending a structured, instructor-led hands-on session.) |
| Course test: | To complete the BLS Course for Healthcare Providers, Candidate should able to demonstrate the skills of adult and infant CPR and use of AEDs. A post-course written MCQ examination will be issued. Passing rate is 84%. |
*Student who has not completed the online session and/or late for more than 30 minutes will not be allowed to take the hands-on session.
*Students must complete the hands-on session within 6 months of finishing the online session.
*AHA BLS completion card (valid for 2 years) will be issued to participants who passed the examination
