e-AHKNSThe association provides online services for its members, including membership registration, renewal, changes to membership status, replacement of membership cards, and information updates. How to apply for online membership*(Applicants do not need to log in)
Applicants must apply in accordance with the "e-Complete the information in the "Membership Application > Apply to Become a Member" section and upload a valid employee ID or nursing license. The association will process your application and documents upon receipt.7The review will be completed within one business day. Applicants who pass the review will receive an email with a link to make an online payment via credit card. They can then pay the relevant amount using their credit card. *Online membership application is only available to registered nurses, enrolled nurses, or full-time nursing students who have never been a member of our association. Members who were previously members but whose memberships have expired should reapply through other means. How to renew your membership online^?
Members must log ine-AHKNSAfter the homepage, at "e-Complete the required information in the "Membership Application > Renewal" section and pay the relevant amount via credit card. ^Online renewal is only applicable to regular members, retired (regular) members, and student members whose membership expires two months prior to their expiration date. How can I change my membership online?
Members must log ine-AHKNSAfter the homepage, at "e-Complete the required information in "Membership Application > Change of Membership" and pay the relevant amount via credit card. Your membership card will be issued upon successful payment.7Mailed to the member's mailing address within one business day.
To become a retired (ordinary) member or a retired (permanent) member, you must upload proof of retirement.
How can I apply for a replacement membership card online?
Members who have lost their membership cards must log in.e-AHKNSAfter the homepage, at "e-Complete the required information in the "Membership Application > Replacement Membership Card" section and pay the relevant amount via credit card. The membership card will be issued after successful payment.7Mailed to the member's mailing address within one business day. Once a member submits an application for a replacement membership card, their old membership card will become invalid.
Members who have not received their membership card within two months of applying for membership/renewal (including automatic transfer members)/transfer of membership may email [email address missing]. member@nurse.org.hk You may apply for a waiver of the membership card replacement fee. However, if a member applies for a replacement card more than two months after applying for membership/renewal/transfer, it will be treated as a lost membership card, and the relevant administrative fees will be charged.
Members are prohibited from copying, lending, or transferring their membership cards. If any forged card is discovered, or if the cardholder's information does not match the member's information, the association has the right to immediately revoke and terminate the membership card, and will not refund any membership fees already paid and reserves the right to pursue further legal action.
If you are unable to present your membership card on the day you use our services, you may apply for a "temporary card" in person at the Membership Department by presenting your identification documents. The fee is [amount missing].$5Valid only for use on the day of purchase.
How can I update my personal information online?
To ensure members receive the latest information from the association on time, members can log in to update their personal information if there are any changes.e-AHKNSAfter the homepage, through "e-Submit it in "Membership Application > Update Information".
