The Hong Kong Nurses Association is committed to complying with the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance. To fulfill this commitment, we will ensure that our staff adheres to strict security and confidentiality regulations and endeavor to comply with and implement the requirements set forth in the Personal Data (Privacy) Ordinance, ensuring that the personal privacy and data stored by the Association are fully protected, accurate, and stored using appropriate methods.
Purpose of Data Collection and Usage Guidelines
- The Hong Kong Nurses Association will use the data in accordance with the purposes stated when the data was collected.
- This association may use your personal information (including your name, telephone number, fax number, email address, mailing address, and affiliation to a medical institution/school/company/other organization) for future communication, registration processing, receipt issuance, research/analysis/statistics, opinion gathering, event/training course invitations/promotion, and other matters related to this association. Providing personal information to this association is entirely voluntary. If you fail to provide sufficient personal information, this association may be unable to effectively process your application or provide related services.
