6. Delivery

6.1 Free delivery is available for orders of HK$500 or more (limited to SF Express stores in Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, and Tung Chung; excluding Discovery Bay, Ma Wan, border restricted areas, and outlying islands). Each online order can only specify one delivery address; combined orders are not accepted. Orders under HK$500 will incur a HK$50 delivery fee. This organization does not offer SF Express smart locker self-pickup service.

6.2 Subject to Clause 8.3, after you place your order, we will ship the ordered goods within 5 working days (excluding Saturdays, Sundays, Hong Kong public holidays, and Lunar New Year holidays*). However, we will not provide any compensation for any delays in delivery service caused by circumstances beyond our control. * Please refer to our Lunar New Year holiday notice.

6.3 We will make every effort to ensure sufficient supply of goods. If an item is out of stock after an order is placed, we will notify you of the arrangements by phone or email. If we are unable to return and ship the goods within ten working days, you may choose to receive a refund, which will be issued by cheque.

6.4 We will provide delivery service to you through a third-party logistics company (SF Express). Please present the original receipt upon pickup. The logistics company has the right to request you or your authorized recipient to present photo identification for verification. If you fail to receive the goods within the specified time, or due to other human factors (such as incorrect address input), requiring the logistics company to arrange delivery again, we reserve the right to charge you additional delivery fees or cancel the delivery service.

6.5 Your order includes a tracking number. You can track your order in "My Account" or check the shipment status by entering the tracking number at the following website: http://www.sf-express.com/HK/ZF/dynamic_function/waybill/

6.6 Delivery services will be postponed when a gale signal is hoisted, a red or black rainstorm warning is in effect, or when the organization determines that weather conditions make delivery unsafe. The organization reserves the right to change delivery dates.

6.7 We reserve the right to destroy or dispose of goods that have not been received more than 21 days after the order confirmation date without further notice. In this case, we will not refund or compensate you; we also reserve the right to charge you storage fees.
