The Labour Relations Department of the Hong Kong Federation of Nurse Service is responsible for answering general information inquiries, handling requests for assistance and complaints. If you encounter any labor-related issues at work, please contact the Labour Relations and Public Relations Department of the Federation.

Nursing Association's principles for handling requests for help:

  • The person seeking help must be a member of this association, must provide valid contact information, and must clearly and specifically describe the content of their inquiry/request/complaint.
  • Anonymous requests for help are generally for reference only and will not be processed.
  • The association is responsible for providing information and assisting members in handling related issues. If a member agrees to be referred by the association, they must complete the "Complaint/Assistance Record Form" so that the association can follow up.
  • All information must be kept strictly confidential, and no information may be disclosed without the client's consent.


Legal consultation services

Our association offers a free on-call legal consultation service. Members are welcome to consult with our volunteer lawyers regarding legal issues encountered in their work or daily lives. This service involves the on-call lawyer providing legal advice to members by telephone. Details are as follows:

time Every Monday (5:45 PM to 7:00 PM)
Each consultation session lasts approximately fifteen minutes.

  1. 1. Complete the service application form and fax it to 2314 1997 or return it to the Membership Department on the fourth floor of the Association to arrange a telephone appointment with a lawyer.
  2. 2. After receiving the application form, our staff will notify the member by phone of the date and time of the service.
  3. 3. Places are limited and will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis.
