What is a "favorite list"?

When you see a course you like, simply click the " " icon, and the course will be automatically added to your "Favorites" list. You can review the courses saved in your "Favorites" list at any time and complete the enrollment process.

How do I enroll in a course?

1. Click "Enroll in Course"
All online courses have an "Enroll in Course" button; simply click the button to enroll in a course.
2. Enter your personal information and select a gift/Gifts (if applicable)
After clicking "Enroll in Course", the course number, course name and options (if applicable) will be displayed in the course information section. If the course includes a gift or different time slots, you can select from the options. After completing this, click "Next".
3. Confirm Course
Please check the course and student information on the "Confirm Courses" page, and then click "Confirm and Add to Cart".
4. Check shopping cart
Click the "shopping cart" button in the upper right corner of the webpage. The screen will then display the course you wish to enroll in.
5. Submit an order
After reviewing the course information, please click "Submit Order" below. Select "I have read and agree to the Hong Kong Nurses Association Privacy Policy," and then click "Confirm Payment."
6. Payment
Your Excellency will enterFirst DataPlease proceed with payment on this page. Please follow the instructions to log in.First Data You can make a payment by entering your account information or credit card number, expiry date, cardholder name, and credit card verification code.[Please note: whenFirst DataDo not log out of the webpage or press the back button while the system is processing the credit card verification process, otherwise the order may fail.]Once the system completes the relevant procedures and confirms payment, the course information will reappear on the screen. You can choose to print or save the order, or continue enrolling in the course. At the same time, you will receive a confirmation notification to the email address you registered.

Does adding a course you want to enroll in to your shopping cart mean that it has been reserved?

No. You have not successfully enrolled in the course until payment is confirmed.

How can I tell if I have successfully enrolled in a course?

After each transaction is completed, we will send you a confirmation email. Please check your email account. If you do not receive this email, it means your course registration was unsuccessful. You can also check your course registration records by clicking "My Account" at the top of the page, or by emailing [email address missing].academic@nurse.org.hkPlease contact our association for inquiries.

Why haven't I received a confirmation email from our association after completing my course enrollment?

We recommend that you pay attention to your email account settings and regularly check your spam or junk mail folder to ensure that you receive our information.

Can I cancel my course registration if I have already successfully enrolled?

We apologize, but once you have successfully enrolled in a course, you cannot cancel your enrollment. Course fees will also not be refunded.

If the online system indicates that the course you wish to enroll in is "fully booked," can you still enroll in that course?

If the course you wish to enroll in is marked as "Full," it means that the online enrollment for that course is full and you cannot enroll online. However, you can still call our Education Department to inquire whether there are any vacancies for in-person enrollment.

What does it mean when the website indicates that the course you wish to enroll in is "not open for online registration"?

If the course you wish to enroll in is marked "Online registration not accepted," please... You may visit the Nursing Association in person or call our Education Department to inquire about other ways to enroll in this course.
