This workshop teaches you how to use all-natural aromatherapy and Western herbs to relax your mind and body, improve sleep quality, and enhance your body's self-repairing functions.3The workshop combines theory and practice in one hour., The content is as follows:

1. A brief explanation of the therapeutic effects and safety guidelines of aromatherapy essential oils and Western herbs.

2. The descriptions mostly contain Western herbs and essential oils with calming and relaxing effects.

3. Practical Applications(For example, inhalation, bathing, massage, and oral herbal remedies.

4. Mix a massage oil on the spot (10ml)Or a tea bag(3Bag)
