NRCF         Herbal treatments to strengthen the circulatory system

CNE pts: 3

Many urban dwellers frequently experience problems such as cold hands and feet, pale complexion, edema, or swollen lymph nodes. Besides exercise and appropriate dietary therapy, many aromatherapy essential oils and herbs can also promote circulation and have warming, diuretic, relaxing, and congestion-reducing effects. Appropriate use can strengthen the circulatory system and help improve these problems.

3The workshop, which combines theory and practice, is held for one hour and includes the following content:

1A brief explanation of the therapeutic effects and safety guidelines of aromatherapy essential oils and Western herbs.

2.          The descriptions mainly feature Western herbs and essential oils that promote blood and lymphatic circulation, reduce edema, and prevent blockages.

3.          Practical applications (e.g., bathing, massage, oral herbal remedies, etc.)

4.          Mix a massage oil on the spot (10 ml) or a tea bag (3Bag)
