The classes are simple and fun, helping parents understand their baby's needs, making communication easier, reducing the anxiety of new parents, and increasing family harmony.

Breastfeeding is an art of mutual learning, requiring understanding of the correct breastfeeding methods. It helps parents address any problems encountered and reduce emotional and psychological anxieties. Furthermore, it helps parents understand that breast milk is the most nutritious and safest food, and the first gift they give their baby—a gift that can only be given once in a lifetime.

Course Content:

l   Understanding the characteristics of newborns, infant language, and how parents should respond.

l   Correct breastfeeding methods and precautions, and solutions to problems such as cracked nipples and breast engorgement.

l   Postpartum food

l   Baby bottle sterilization method

l   Prolonged breastfeeding

l   How to choose the right baby bottle or nipple
